Others seem to agree. If you are considering buying a Haier, please send me the money. Your food will be just as cold sitting in the kitchen floor and I’ll be better off. Besides, not buying a Haier saves land-fill space for important things like toxic waste.
So true. Just got an under counter fridge, came pretty banged up. There is a thing that looks like a temperature sensor wire loose near the freezer. Do you know where this is supposed to be positioned?

If there is poor quality control you can however get some which are good. I have a friend who bought a Haier HTE21WAAWW Top Freezer model 6 years ago at Home Depot and he swears by it. He was so proud of it that I even took down the model number for my reference. Says it “never gave a nick of trouble”. Perhaps he got one of the good ones. It does seem to me that no company has a stellar record here however with their entire lines. What compressor does Haier use??
